Terms of booking
We are really looking forward to working with you to look after your beloved pet. Before you book with us, please read the information on this page and feel free to chat to us if you have any questions or concerns.
Cancellation policy
We understand that sometimes things happen and appointments need to change. We ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice of any cancellation which we will process for you free of charge.

Cancellations which occur after this time frame will be required to pay 25% of the original appointment cost, inclusive of visit fee.

In the event that you are not present at your home at the time of the appointment, you will be required to pay the entirety of the consultation and visit fee. Where possible we will endeavour to wait for you however on busy days this may not be possible.
Payment policy
Prior to the appointment, please ask any questions you may have about costs and billing. We are completely candid about our charges as we know that no one wants surprise fees!

After your appointment you will receive an invoice via email which is payable via bank transfer.

We have the capacity to process both indirect and direct insurance claims however please note that there is administrative cost of £15 payable per direct claim processed. This £15 is usually not covered by insurance companies. Also note that the visit fee is variably covered by insurance and you may need to pay this out of pocket.
